At NuLook4U, we practice medicine with integrity. This means no hidden fees, no bait-and-switch pricing, and no pressure to purchase packages or memberships you don’t need.
Dr. Berens will provide transparent pricing during your consultation. You’ll know exactly what to expect before any treatment begins.
We never use promotional pricing, Groupon deals, or discounted introductory offers. Quality medical care cannot be commoditized or discounted without compromising safety or outcomes.
How to Pay
Credit Cards
We accept all major credit cards including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover.
Cash & Check
Personal checks and cash payments are accepted for all services.
Insurance Billing
Medical services may be billed to insurance when applicable. We will provide itemized statements for insurance submission.
Insurance & Billing
Medical Services: Many medical services (dermatology, acne treatment, medical weight loss, etc.) may be covered by insurance. We will provide itemized statements and necessary documentation for insurance submission.
Aesthetic Services: Cosmetic procedures (BOTOX® for wrinkles, dermal fillers, laser hair removal, etc.) are typically not covered by insurance and are paid out-of-pocket.
Concierge Membership: Concierge fees cover enhanced access and services not reimbursed by insurance. Medical services may be billed separately to insurance.
