Common questions about our practice, concierge care model, and medical aesthetic services.
Category 1
About Our Practice
What makes NuLook4U different from other medical practices?
NuLook4U operates as a concierge-based medical and wellness practice. We intentionally limit patient enrollment to ensure direct physician access, unhurried appointments, and personalized care. All services are performed personally by Dr. Abram Berens, MD—no delegation, no nurse practitioners, no physician assistants.
Do you accept insurance?
For concierge patients, medical services may be billed to insurance when applicable. However, concierge membership fees cover enhanced access and services not typically reimbursed by insurance. We recommend contacting us to discuss insurance coverage for specific treatments.
How do I schedule an appointment?
All appointments are by request only. Initial consultations are requested via email to consultations@nulook.com or by calling 954-916-1100. This allows for thoughtful review and ensures we can provide the personalized attention you deserve.
Where is your practice located?
We are located in Plantation, Florida, serving Broward County and surrounding South Florida communities. Exact address is provided upon enrollment to preserve patient privacy.

Concierge Care
What is concierge medicine?
Concierge medicine is a membership-based care model where patients pay an annual fee for enhanced access to their physician. Benefits include direct phone/email access, same-day or next-day appointments, extended visit times, and proactive preventive care. It’s designed for patients who value time, access, and personalized attention.
How much does concierge membership cost?
Membership fees vary based on scope of care and individual needs. Dr. Berens discusses pricing during the private consultation. We believe in transparency and will clearly outline all fees before enrollment.
Is everyone accepted as a concierge patient?
No. Enrollment is selective and limited to preserve quality of care. Dr. Berens personally reviews every enrollment request to ensure mutual fit, realistic expectations, and alignment with our care philosophy.
Category 3
Aesthetic Treatments
Who performs aesthetic treatments?
All aesthetic treatments—including BOTOX®, dermal fillers, laser procedures, and chemical peels—are personally performed by Dr. Abram Berens, MD. We do not delegate aesthetic treatments to non-physician providers.
How do I know which treatment is right for me?
During your consultation, Dr. Berens will evaluate your anatomy, discuss your aesthetic goals, and recommend the most appropriate treatments. We prioritize natural-looking results and will never pressure you into unnecessary treatments.
Are results guaranteed?
Individual results vary based on anatomy, skin type, age, lifestyle factors, and adherence to post-treatment care. Dr. Berens uses FDA-approved products and evidence-based techniques to optimize outcomes, but results cannot be guaranteed.
What is your approach to aesthetic medicine?
We practice aesthetic medicine conservatively. Our goal is subtle enhancement that respects your natural features—not dramatic transformation. We believe in restraint, medical integrity, and long-term skin health.
